Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays per planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and returns.
• Ensure cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, and security procedures.
• Assist store management in the Store Manager's absence.
