POP MART in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure POP MART's premium brand standards are reflected on the floor. Prior retail leadership and a passion for pop culture are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer experience, and metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in collectibles/pop culture is valued.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to analyze metrics and implement action plans.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Available to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
