J.Crew Group is seeking an Associate Manager to join our leadership team in Greenville. You’ll drive profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the team for peak performance.

You will own a key area of the business yet may step into other roles to maintain operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passion for our brand, customers, and teams.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Store Director to maximize profitability and brand connection.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner with Store Director and management to foster a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Develop engaging community events to build loyalty.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
