Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to maximize profitability.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support recruiting, training, and development efforts.
• Partner with management to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
