Lids Sports Group in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the Lids brand.

As a leader on the floor, you’ll train staff, manage scheduling, and uphold company policies while fostering a fun, inclusive team environment and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing store operations and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and set goals for sales/tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and store security.
