Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Green Bay to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll schedule and train staff, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations across all store functions.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet performance goals while fostering a fun, inclusive work environment and providing leadership in merchandising, cash handling, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading a retail team and driving sales.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Schedule, train, and supervise store associates; ensure demo and policy compliance.
• Uphold Lids brand standards, merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Handle cash, banking, and inventory accuracy; support loss prevention.
