Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards to ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory, and store visuals while ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects the Lids brand and supports growth of membership programs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store technology and equipment and ensure daily audits are completed.
