Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance in Whittier. You will coach a team, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and support recruitment and training efforts.

This role requires a flexible schedule, commendable leadership, and the ability to travel between locations while upholding company policies and creating a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management and leading teams.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Support Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and premium customer service.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; communicate insights to Store Manager.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets; mentor staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage inventory, process shipments, and handle returns and damages.
• Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Adhere to store policies and Miniso handbook guidelines; ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and cooperate with the LP team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
