Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Drive sales and store performance through training and mentoring.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, and retention.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Handle cash and maintain a safe store environment.
