Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and driving store performance.

You will manage inventory, recruit and train staff, supervise scheduling, promote the loyalty program, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a safe, friendly shopping experience. Flexible schedule and travel between locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Store Manager and lead Shift Leads & Sales Associates.
• Coach and mentor trainees; achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory, process shipments, and handle returns.
• Recruit, train, staff, and retain talent.
• Promote the membership program and build loyalty.
• Ensure policies, scheduling, and inventory controls are followed.
• Drive visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Manage cash handling and create a safe environment.
