Job summary

Athleta is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan while achieving key metrics. You’ll bridge brand vision with in-store execution and coach associates to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales through forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and SOP adherence, while building capable teams and promoting an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily ops in support of the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing and development.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve performance.
