Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a General Manager who will shape the guest experience by coaching a team to excellence and surpassing sales targets while maintaining operational discipline.

You will develop your Assistant General Manager and lead in building a high-performing, guest-focused store culture with paid training and clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail sales, with 2 years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training to help your team exceed sales goals.
• Own store's overall sales performance and metrics daily.
• Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and training.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Lead in setting sales strategy and product showcasing.
• Communicate company objectives to your team and follow up.
• Champion new tools and traffic strategies.
• Drive traffic and leverage existing customers.
• Build relationships with other GMs and district leadership.
• Act as a Victra brand advocate.
• Run store like a business with budgeting and forecasting.
