Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions to keep growing as a leader
