Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will drive sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, teaching and coaching to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires guiding the team to meet KPIs, manage the store budget, and implement SOPs while creating an inclusive environment and engaging with the community.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to deliver a profitable business plan and meet key metrics.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling and budget management.
• Build productive teams through hiring, coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards; promote an inclusive environment.
• Represent the brand and oversee community involvement and omni-channel initiatives.
