Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Stroudsburg to lead a high-performing retail team and drive profitable store results. You’ll align store operations with the brand vision, coach staff, and optimize Customer Operations, Merchandising, and Product Operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll analyze performance, forecast, schedule, manage the store budget, and build capable teams while promoting community involvement and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Business acumen and time management skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and drives KPIs.

• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
