Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers in a retail setting.
• Must be comfortable handling cashless and cash transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the TRE​A​T model.
• Assist customers with locating items and completing purchases.
• Process complex POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain displays and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate assigned associates and manage breaks.
• Communicate issues or improvement ideas to store leadership.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized for customers and staff.
• Handle damages and returns according to procedures.
