Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising, customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math, legible handwriting, and good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Full-time availability including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases, and handle POS transactions.
• Promote store initiatives such as donations and loyalty programs.
• Maintain attractive displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates, manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment and handle damages/returns.
• Support daily store operations as needed.
