Job summary

Michaels Stores seeks a store associate to maintain the look and feel of the store while delivering friendly customer service. You will help customers shop, locate items, and participate in checkout and rewards enrollments.

Responsibilities also include supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship from Store, stocking, and ensuring safety standards in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist customers, help them find products and provide friendly service.
• Operate cash handling and provide a fast checkout experience.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) and stock replenishment.
