Job summary

Michaels is seeking a dedicated team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and deliver friendly customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing checkout, and supporting omnichannel orders (BOPIS and SFS).

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Customer service experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers and engage them with the benefits of Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Participate in Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Assist in shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
