Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Promote belonging and provide recognition while communicating expectations.
• Lead store teams through feedback and collaboration on operations and initiatives.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
