Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor associates; assign duties and set clear expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet staffing needs and business goals.
• Lead and motivate teams, tour stores, provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Review P&L statements, assist budgeting and control expenses for designated area.
• Drive customer service standards and resolve issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
