Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking store associates to support multiple Central Oklahoma locations. This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, sorting and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean retail environment. No supervisory duties are required.

Starting pay is $13.25 per hour plus benefits such as medical, vision, life, and 401k; eligibility for the RISE program supports skill-building and career growth for all employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Clean the store, the dressing rooms, and the bathrooms.
• Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma.
