Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking team members to provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers while performing general store duties such as sorting, stocking shelves, and processing merchandise.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior customer service is helpful. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and a 401k, along with the RISE program to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Clean the store, the dressing rooms, and the bathrooms.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Attend training as required.
• Review and be familiar with safety policies and adhere to safety rules.
