You'll champion customer service, manage schedules, support training, and ensure pricing and signage accuracy while maintaining store safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail or related environment.
• Experience in customer service and training is a plus.
• Proficient with Google apps (Email, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a diverse environment.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion.
• Assist in training store associates across the area.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and signage, and manage backroom stock as needed.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures.
