Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations, including receiving, unloading and merchandising flow to the sales floor.

You will work closely with store management and mentor associates to meet store standards and drive results. This role requires supervisory experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capacity to move, lift, or handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate workload, direct associates and monitor productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
