Burlington Port Reading, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and support store management. You will direct merchandise flow from receiving to floor, supervise associates, uphold safety and asset protection, and drive daily productivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualified candidates have supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Coaching associates and recognizing performance in real time.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Plan weekly workload and direct associates accordingly.
