Michaels store in PHI-POTTSTOWN, PA is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep shelves well-merchandised and in stock.

The position supports Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), participates in merchandise recovery, reduces shrink, and upholds SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go backs.
• Support store safety programs and SOPs; comply with company policies.
