Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member at Pitt-Washington, PA to provide friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need.

You will ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience and assist with store needs such as stocking, planograms, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include enrollment in Rewards programs, supporting omnichannel initiatives like BOPIS and SFS, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Standing for long periods.
• Move throughout the store and assist customers.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Fast checkout with accurate cash handling and friendly service.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram adherence (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock shelves and manage returns/go-backs and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow Company policies.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
