Job summary

Michaels in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, provide quick checkout, and assist with stocking and merchandising. You will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and help with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are able to stand for long periods, and can lift/move merchandise. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to learn POS and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store replenishment.
• Support safety, shrink, and store recovery programs.
• Cross-train in framing and other store duties as needed.
