Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members in Holly Springs, NC to help customers, stock shelves, and support checkout operations. The role involves assisting customers in-store, processing transactions, and promoting rewards and private label card enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock levels; process returns and restocks.
