Job summary

Michaels Stores in Raleigh, NC is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service and support in-store operations. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help drive enrollment in rewards and private label programs.

The role supports omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, assists with truck unloading and merchandising, and participates in store recovery to maintain stock and presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock merchandising and perform store recovery tasks.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
