The Michaels Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Store Associate in Holly Springs, NC. You will assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions while handling checkout duties with accuracy.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery to keep shelves well merchandised and in stock. Training includes rewards enrollment and omni-channel processes; flexibility for various hours is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move through the store.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and merchandise support.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers with Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and channel feedback opportunities.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform store recovery duties.
• Follow SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
