Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Retail Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience in our Holly Springs, NC store. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to keep the store well-merchandised.

Responsibilities include assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store orders, promoting the Rewards program, and supporting store recovery and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Assist customers with store navigation and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
