Job summary

The Michaels Companies store team in Federal Way, WA is recruiting a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and perform SISO/AD set duties while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include cash handling, enrollment in rewards programs, participation in VOC initiatives, and cross-training in framing services.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and maneuver in a store environment.
• Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders or similar equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Handle cash transactions and provide a fast, accurate checkout experience.
• Aid in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining planograms.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and participate in store recovery.
