Job summary

The Michaels Companies, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking a Store Associate for the SEA-EVERETT, WA area. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and locate products while ensuring a fast, pleasant checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining planograms, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and driving in-store recovery to keep shelves in stock and well-presented. OT may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store and lift boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout.
• Unload trucks and maintain stock and planograms.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store recovery and merchandise presentation to keep shelves well-stocked.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; adhere to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends and early mornings.
