Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help the Book Manager maximize profitability of the sports book.
• Manage labor costs and inventory to control operating expenses.
• Hold regular meetings with sports book leadership to plan strategic initiatives.
• Mentor employees to improve ticket writing and service quality.
• Deliver high level customer service to regulars and novice bettors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies and Gaming Control Board rules.
