Job summary

Nike Retail is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor (Specialist) for the Nike Factory Dolphin store in Miami, FL. The role runs full time, 34–40 hours per week, with nights and weekends required.

You’ll be the face of Nike, guiding customers with enthusiasm, leading a team, and delivering exceptional service daily. Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking displays, and participating in store events while upholding Nike’s Service Principles.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and climbing ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and understand their wants and needs, exceeding expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
