Job summary

Nike Rise Aventura in Aventura, Florida is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume Nike store team. This full-time role covers 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

You will be the face of Nike, guiding staff to meet service standards, training on new products, and supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ with at least 1 year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
