Mettler Toledo AG’s MTNA Retail Solutions / Professional Services Specialist provides technical leadership to retail customers across North America, partnering with sales to evaluate solutions, demonstrate value, and drive the best fit for business needs.

The role combines technical depth with business insight and strong customer engagement to deliver measurable outcomes, supporting RFI/RFP responses and creating compelling proposals, demonstrations, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource and solution advocate for strategic retail customers across North America.
• Partner with Sales to support customer requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and technology validation.
• Identify customer business and technical needs and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
• Design, demonstrate, and present software, hardware, and professional service solutions to customers and prospects.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
• Develop ROI-focused value propositions and technical selling tools to support the sales organization.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and trade shows.
