METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a solutions-focused sales professional to drive growth for Rainin product lines. You will act as the technical champion, supporting Sales Managers and Representatives with strategic initiatives, demonstrations, and training.

A biology background and lab workflow experience are preferred, with strong CRM and Office skills to enable effective relationships with customers. The role emphasizes target account engagement, consultative selling, and cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biology or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience involving laboratory automation/instruments.
Familiarity with biological lab applications and workflows.
Strong CRM and MS Office skills; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical and application expert for assigned product lines to enable business growth and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Representatives to advance complex opportunities from qualification to close.
Build strategic customer relationships and engage target accounts through consultative selling.
Conduct needs assessments, workflow analyses, and product demonstrations to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Deliver training and ongoing support to strengthen sales team effectiveness and customer experience.
