The position demands a mix of customer interaction and technical expertise, with responsibilities including leading demo sessions and developing solutions to meet client objectives. The role requires up to 30% travel, primarily air travel, and a competitive base salary along with commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant solutions or sales consulting experience at a SaaS company.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
• In-depth understanding of multiple retail enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in customer journeys and Upshop platforms.
• Partner with the sales team to meet customer needs and challenges.
• Assist in drafting SOWs and leading scoping calls.
