Job summary

RetSci seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Delivery team in the United States. You will own end-to-end client implementations, serve as a trusted advisor, and mentor junior consultants while guiding solution design and delivery quality.

You’ll lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations. This role suits someone who thrives in complex retail settings and wants to amplify impact through teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, consulting, or retail software delivery.
• Experience implementing or supporting RELEX, Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of retail processes: planning, allocation, forecasting, replenishment.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client design workshops and guide scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Translate business and/or technical requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Own solution design, configuration approach, and overall delivery quality.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants through project work and day-to-day guidance.
• Lead smaller project teams or workstreams, ensuring effective delegation and execution.
