Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail - Solar Sales Consultant to represent us inside Lowe's locations in the Northeast. You will educate homeowners on solar energy, schedule complimentary in-home consultations, and help families save on energy costs.

The role offers a strong earning potential with on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 and $16.00 per hour plus commission. Full-time with benefits; morning/night shifts and flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home inside Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy and savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility.
• Educate customers on the benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations.
• Document customer information and appointments accurately.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on products and promotions.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.
• Approximately 40 hours per week.
• Full-time position with part-time options at select locations.
