Responsibilities

Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's locations.
Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
Educate customers on financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultant.
Accurately document customer information and appointments.
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
