Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to represent inside Lowe's locations across the Northeast. You will educate homeowners about solar energy and energy savings, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This role offers on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 annually, plus competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions. Full-time shifts run 9 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–9 PM, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners about solar energy and energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations.
• Document customer information and appointments accurately.
• Attend training on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Meet appointment and performance goals while delivering great service.
