Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Ardmore, PA. You will use our bedMatch diagnostic system and tablets to help customers find their perfect mattress while delivering a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

The role requires availability for evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with a typical 4–5 day work week and 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you should be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• We are seeking motivated candidates with retail sales experience and a focus on service.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide an educational shopping experience.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete transactions and capture customer data.
• Engage with customers in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
