Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch system and a proven selling process to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires evening, holiday and weekend availability, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, strong English communication (Spanish a plus), and a friendly, high-energy team approach with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Customer-focused, high-energy, team player.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using our bedMatch diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and maintain showroom appearance.
• Use tablets, mobile POS and other technology during the sales process.
