Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers using the bedMatch diagnostic system and to provide a confident, low-pressure shopping experience. With 520+ stores and 35+ years in business, we value growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure educational shopping experience.
• Familiarity with tablets, POS systems, and bedMatch technology.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Assist customers and understand their needs to recommend products.
• Set up and reset showroom floor.
• Help customers load purchases into vehicles.
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented sales environment.
