The role emphasizes a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to assist customers with loading purchases while offering a comprehensive product experience.

Qualificações

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsabilidades

• Sell mattress products using the company selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom floor.
