Job summary
Mattress Warehouse Corporate in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Sales Consultant to guide customers to the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll sell premium bedding with a low-pressure, educational approach, using tablets and mobile POS.
Compensation includes hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match. Evening and weekend shifts are common; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You may lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
Qualifications
- Availability for retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends (4–5 days, 40–55 hours)
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses
- Customer-focused, educational shopping approach
- Comfort with tablets, POS and bedMatch technology
Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress products using Mattress Warehouse's proven selling process.
- Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopper experience and understand customer needs.
- Utilize bedMatch system to recommend mattresses and complete sales with tablets/POS.
